A letter to the RSPCA charity shop in wymondham

dear sir or madam:

we are sorry for lack of donations for your charity shop even though we have raised lots of awareness for your charity shop. we are still trying to get donations but we will probabaly not get as much as expected. we whent to Browick primary school to raise awareness for your charity shop by doing preformences and workshops for the year 2s.
This went very well even though some of our group could not get to school because of the bad weather.
We spoke to the children about the shop and the  reasons why we are doing this.
They enjoyed the day and asked us lots of questions.Thank you for allowing us to use your shop in our diploma

Ross Crichton.

understand the nature and purpose of campians

the RSPCA are an organisation to prevent animal cruelty. they campain to save animals that are in desperate need of help. they save animals that are being abused or uncared for. they have been helping animals in need since 1824.
the target audience is everybody who is willing to help stop cruelty to animals across the globe. they have over 200 branches across britain alone and have staff and countless volunteers working all the time.
The RSPCA have many different things that they do.There main aim is to stop animals from being hurt.
they also look after lots of animals that are abandand by their owners. When an animal has been badly treeted they can take the animals away and help them to be rehomed. Some animals have to be put to sleep because they have been crully looked after. The owners can be put in prison or stopped from looking after any other animals.
One of the campains that they have is to try and stop animals being used for experiments. lots of people think that this is very cruel and not necesary.
They also campaign to help wildlife and to try and stop them from becoming extinct.
It is important that people help with this as many animals are disapeaing from our world.

trip to browick primary school

today we went on a trip to browick primary school to put on a proformence and do some workshops with the year twos. the proformences (even though i wasn't in any of them) I think went very well and so did the workshops. some of the people in our group were not at school and therefore could not do our workshop so we had to improvise but it still went well.

We did a number of activities.we did a drama lesson with them that they enjoyed.I did a piece of drama with Cathy.
She had to steel a toy from me and the children had to tell us why they thought it was wrong.
We played the traffic light game with them. This was a game where the children had to get up and walk around if we said green, if we said amber they had to sit down and if we said red they had to stop.
we did a game about learning to share. we hid jigsaw peaces and they had to find them and give them to someone who did not have any.

At the end we gave them a few questions to fill in this was about charity. They asked us questions about our charity the RSPCA. they also told us what they had done for children in need day.

I think it went well even though we did not have time to do everything we had planned.
